EC Auto Detail – General Liability Release By leaving a vehicle with EC Auto Detail for detailing, paint protection, ceramic coating, or related services, the customer acknowledges that professional automotive services involve working on delicate finishes, trim, and components where some level of risk is inherent despite proper care and procedures. The customer confirms that any known prior damage, repaint work, aftermarket modifications, or sensitive areas have been disclosed. EC Auto Detail is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing damage, prior repairs, failing paint, worn materials, or manufacturer defects that may affect the outcome of services. Cosmetic services are intended to improve the appearance of the vehicle but may not fully eliminate all defects, and some imperfections may remain visible. EC Auto Detail is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle or for mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to technician negligence. By handing over the vehicle keys or authorizing service, the customer grants permission for work to be performed and acknowledges acceptance of this release of liability for EC Auto Detail as outlined above.
